This Weekend – Figueroa Mountain

Join us April 6th for our first community camping trip. We will be heading north to Figueroa Mountain above Los Olivos. There are no vehicle restrictions on this trip as we will be traversing fire roads. There are additional roads for exploring should you choose. Like all Rigs & Coffee Trips, this is family friendly. We will be dispersed camping so remember to pack it in/pack it out and make sure to Tread Lightly by staying on the marked roads. Make sure to register for the trip via the facebook link below.

If you have yet to add GAIA Navigation to your arsenal, visit the link below to download. Once downloaded, you can download the GPX (navigation route) by clicking the button below.

Campfire: Fire restrictions have been reduced and as of today it looks like there is a possibility of having a campfire. Check the fire restrictions for verification that you have proper gear and permits to have a fire. We are planning to have one group fire so be sure to bring firewood. You can check restriction and obtain permits by clicking here.

Make sure to always carry extra food, water, recovery systems, air compressor, air down tool, tire repair kit, jack, full size spare, first aid, and anything other necessary items.

Firearms Policy:

“We are not against 2A, however we are a family friendly group and while on trips with us we don’t permit shooting. Anyone is welcome to leave the trip and go shooting on their own time following local and state regulations.”
